Choices, Inc.
Future Choices,
Inc. is an open door, call-in service provider that values
the dignity of every person regardless of race, color,
religion, sex, familial status, national origin and nature
of disabilities.
Our offices are
open on Monday through Friday, 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p.m. We
observe all state and national holidays.
A board of
directors and a corps of professional and volunteer staff
administer the agency;
Through
community education, statewide collaboration, partnerships
and outreach, Future Choices, Inc. currently provides direct
services in six counties in Indiana: Blackford, Delaware,
Grant, Howard, Madison and Randolph Counties, as well as
extended services in Lawrence and Johnson Counties

disabilities, share our basic needs and rights to life in a
safe, inclusive, accessible environment:

WHO WE ARE
-
Future
Choices, Inc. was inspired by a passion to create
opportunities for minorities and people with
disabilities to enjoy a full-fledged life of
independence in an integrated and safe community. This
passion was soon translated into action when Mrs. Beth
Y. Quarles and others identified some critical needs
among minorities and people with special needs and
disabilities, such as an inclusive, accessible,
affordable and safe housing; community education and
outreach program, healthy life style among minorities,
youth, and people with disabilities and their families.

Choices, Inc. evolved as 501 © 3 not-for profit
organization, in April 1995, with headquarters in the
City of Muncie, Indiana

Future
Choices, Inc. is funded by a network of individuals like
you, the Muncie community, the State of Indiana, and the
federal government, subject to all laws and regulations
of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). These resources
are mobilized through direct appeals, individual and
corporate giving, and state and federal grants
